- Allowable if the user switches IDs and begins to actively use this as his logon. Random creation of pages in the userspace, however, should be discouraged. - True. The problem is that so far there is no Jose Arellano (talk · contribs). The ID has no contribution history. No one has ever logged on at this name. A different user simply chose to create a second page in the userspace. Rossami (talk)
