Dave Matthews Band
La Dave Matthews Band, conosciuta anche con l'acronimo di DMB, è una jamband americana, formata nel 1991 a Charlottesville, Virginia da Dave Matthews (cantante e chitarissta), Leroi Moore (sassofonista), Stefan Lessard (basso), Boyd Tinsley (violinista), Carter Beauford (batteria), Peter Griesar (tastiere), che ha lasciato la band nel 1993. Tutti i menbri della band incontrarono Dave a Charlottesville, , dal 1998 la band si è esibita durante i live con il tastierista Butch Taylor, che sebbene non figuri ufficialmente come membro della band, è un turnista fisso sul palco della DMB. Nel 2005 Al gruppo si aggiunse il trombettista Rashawn Ross. Moore, Beauford, Tinsley e Taylor sono anche spesso seconde voci.
