Il disco
Pubblicato il 3 dicembre 2009,[1] l'album contiene nove demo (tra cui l'inedita Across the Line[2][3]) registrate durante le fasi di registrazione dei tre album Hybrid Theory, Meteora e Minutes to Midnight. Questa fu la prima edizione che venne resa disponibile per il download immediato[4] e nel formato vinile.[3]
Questa edizione di LP Underground è stata la prima ad essere stata commercializzata anche in Europa e in Giappone, nella quale il disco veniva venduto nel formato jewel case al posto della bustina in cartoncino utilizzata dalla sesta edizione del fan club ufficiale.[5]
