Split of Category:Larentiinae stubs

Propose exploratory templates by tribe, with approval for any tribe-level categories that pass the 60 page barrier.

Azerbaijan District templates

A review of the various Azerbaijan Districts shows no geography templates for a half dozen. Propose creating the rest of these templates:
