Andy Crosby is a 33 year old defender who plays for Scunthorpe United but has enjoyed a glittering career elsewhere. In his prime he was a young learning defender at Leeds United but was released to Doncaster Rovers following a poor stint. During his time at Doncaster, Andy made a name for himself as being a busied, typical English defender. He wasn't there long and attracted the attention of Darlington who immediately adorned himself to the fans. He enjoyed five years there and was the proud owner of 215 caps in all for the club and scored five times. He wasn't going to last there and soon his performances dropped so Chester City took him under their wing and in a bid to restore his reputation, Crosby scored five times in 80 appearences before moving onto Brighton Hove & Albion where he cost £10,000, during his four year stay, Andy managed to get Brighton up into the Coca Cola Championship but was released as part of a wage budget rearrangement, there he joined Scunthorpe and has already made 90 caps in two years scoring eight times.
