The fictional villains of the Power Rangers universe that appeared in the television series Power Rangers: Mystic Force are the Morlocks, magical beings that dwell underground. Originally, the Morlocks attempted to to take over the magical world with their sights set on the human realm as well. But the strongest wizard of those to challenge them cast a spell to banish the Morlocks into the Underworld, sealing them for all eternity in a noble sacrifice. Years later, the seal was cracked and the Morlocks resume their campaign to finish what they started.
Information about them can be found below.
The Master
Though his actual name is currently unknown, the Master is the true leader of the Morlocks and ruler of the Underworld. He contacts his minions via the white pool at the center of their lair, which turns red to signal his presence. Though his true form has not been entirely revealed, his right eye has been seen. His other eye was embedded in Koragg's shield, one of his fangs was used to make Morticon's sword and two of the claws are Necrolai's main attacks against the rangers in episodes after "The Gatekeeper". With these body parts with his minions, he is able to compete in the battle himself even in that situation. He was also responsible for dragging Catastros down to the Underworld.
Morticon
The general/leader of the Morlock army, Morticon appears to be an undead cyborg, with the machinery that comprises the bulk of his body fused to what remains of his blue skin. He is known to use a mystical portal to view the world and wields a sword called the "Fang of the Master".
He initially couldn't leave the Pit because Koragg's magic wasn't strong enough to free him, although he briefly broke through to the surface in giant form when Koragg robbed the Mystic Titans of their Megazord power and used it to free him. However, Nick quickly used a counter-spell to imprison Morticon once more. Morticon had a very short temper, he desperately wanted out of the Underworld and frequently attacked Koragg to get him out. Morticon has also been seen vanishing a Styxoid in thin air, and can be very intimidating to the villainous Necrolai.
He was freed again to battle the Power Rangers in The Gatekeeper (Part II). He proved very powerful and was once again in his giant form when he appeared. He batted away the Mystic Dragon with his sword, and utilized his own form of the Dark Magic Strike. He was eventually defeated when the Rangers formed the Titan Megazord and, with the help of Udonna, destroyed him. All that remained after that was his sword, which Koragg the Knight Wolf found and claimed for himself.

Imperious
An evil mummified wizard released from a cave when Necrolai stole an ancient relic from the Rangers. When she placed it near The Master, Imperious was returned to life and took an immediate liking to his role as leader, showing extreme arrogance and high power levels.
In Scaredy Cat, Imperious easily defeated the rangers. He grew more than a hundred times the size of the Titan Megazord and proceeded to swat the Rangers away. They were on the brink of defeat until Jenji stepped up, becoming Imperious' size and leading a surprise attack with the Titan Megazord. Imperious retreated, explaining that his magic had not yet reached its full capacity due to his time spent encased in stone.
Imperious is voiced by Stuart Devenie.
Necrolai
The Dark Mistress of the Underworld and Queen of the Vampires, this Morlock spy is frequently disrespected by Koragg and Morticon, who often call her a "hag". She can fly and usually scouts the area for Morticon. However, Necrolai is usually is the one who brings up monsters and thinks up the schemes. She is a formidable fighter in her own right and has battled the Rangers occasionally. Due to her status as Queen of the Vampires, she is not adversely effected by garlic or sun light.
She was once obliterated by the power of the Dawn Crystal, but managed to reassemble herself during a half moon later that night, claiming she is indestructable. Necrolai is also Leelee's mother. She once off handedly commented that she turned Leelee's father into a worm. Despite all this, she does seem to fear Morticon and, to a lesser extent, Koragg, which would explain why she puts up with their behavior and rarely talks back. After Morticon's death, she had a minor panic attack over both the loss of her leader and the fear of being lead by Koragg, and when Imperious arrived she smoothly buttered him up and tried to get onto his good side. Despite her earlier claims of immortality, she showed true fear when Morticon threatened her after her repeated failures against the Rangers. After Morticon was destroyed, she released Imperious and bows down to him like a servant all the time.

Leelee
Mysterious and mischevious, Leelee is the teenage daughter of Necrolai and a frequent Rock Porium shopper. It is unclear if she too is a vampire as she looks like a normal human girl. She has also shown to be a fairly adapt fighter, perhaps even on par with her mother as Necrolai hinted that Leelee's time amongst humans— three months as of that meeting— had made her soft. Aside from these facts, she seems like the average teenage girl. She may have a crush on Nick, as she has flirted with him multiple times. She often acts vain, once commenting that a new leather jacket she was wearing had cost "five hundred dollars". The Rangers are currently unaware of the fact that Leelee is on the side of evil. She has been known to be extremely selfish, such as when she tried to frame Nick for theft so he'd be fired from his job and would have time to spend with her. Recently, she's started taking a more active rule in the Morlocks' plotting, such as luring Vida (though she was originally aiming for Nick) to Flytrap's club so she would be turned into a vampire under Necrolai's control and aiding Morticon in his attempt to locate The Gatekeeper.
Nai & Mea
Mischievous girls who disguise themselves for their schemes. Together their name sounds like nightmare. Mea has a umbrella that she uses in various attacks. The two girls have vampire fangs and can shoot bolts of energy out of their mouths. They are more like Vankyuria's childish and playful side. Nai seems to be the one with more brains. Most of the time, Mea repeats what Nai says. They disguised themselves as the rock band "Bloody Nightmare Sunday." Their guitars had their names on them. In Episode 16, Nai uses the crossbow Vankyuria used and Mai uses a gattling cannon with seven holes (one in the center). They are the ones that lured the Magiranger to the cave where Raijel, Smoky and Hikaru were and found the Infreshia Gods. They see Sphinx's glasses shatter on the ground in the result of Dagon killing her. They reform and revive Sphinx, Sungel and Bragel. They help the Mystic Rangers later and join Sphinx in reforming the Infreshia.
