There are many parts to this, as described in the architecture section.

* XML dump processor.  This generates a csv file with the following filespec:
*: Variable names:  title,articleid,revid,date,time,anon,editor,editorid,minor,comment
*: Variable types:  str,int,int,str,str,[0/1],str,int,[0/1],str
