L'edizione 2012-2013 della Premier League è la 114ª edizione della massima divisione del campionato inglese di calcio, nonché ventunesima edizione della Premier League. È iniziata il 18 agosto 2012 e terminerà il 19 maggio 2013.
Il campione in carica è il Manchester City. Le tre neopromosse sono il Reading, il Southampton e il West Ham, che rimpiazzano le retrocesse Bolton, Blackburn e Wolverhampton.
