Abstract Job Object

Abstract Job Object (AJO) describes, in abstract form[disambiguation needed], an action carried out on a computational grid.[1] It represents a conceptual representation of a "job" as a collection of possible interdependent operations in order to be carried out on different computational and data services at collaboration sites.[2]
