Forward Operating Base Echo was located in the vicinity of Diwaniyah, Iraq and the City of Najaf is nearby.
History
It has served as a Spanish (know as Camp Espania), Polish, American, and Multinational Forces Iraq military base during different periods of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
