L'edizione 2013-2014 della Premier League è la 22ª edizione della massima divisione del campionato inglese di calcio, nonché ventunesima edizione della Premier League. Inizierà il 17 agosto 2013 e terminerà l' 11 maggio 2014.
Il campione in carica è il Manchester United. Le tre neopromosse sono il Cardiff City, l' Hull City e il Crystal Palace, che rimpiazzano le retrocesse Wigan, Reading e QPR.

Come nella stagione precedente, per via del Ranking UEFA, accedono in UEFA Champions League 2014-2015 le prime tre classificate mentre la 4a classificata accede al terzo turno preliminare della stessa competizione. Accedono alla UEFA Europa League 2014-2015 la 5a classificata e le vincitrici di Football League Cup 2013-2014 e FA Cup 2013-2014. Dopo 26 anni Sir Alex Ferguson lascia la panchina del Manchester United diventando manager della tale squadra. Al suo posto Moyes (Allenatore Scozzese) dell'Everton. In campo europeo il Chelsea, dopo aver vinto nella scorsa stagione la Champions League, vince l'Europa League 2012-2013 battendo in finale il Benfica 2-1.
