Lincoln was set-up for Terrence Steadman's murder. Soon after, Lincoln was found guilty of first degree murder of Terrence Steadman and was sentenced to death. Benjamin Miles "C-Note" Franklin started working in the prison kitchen and gained a reputation as the "prison pharmacist". After he discovered the hole that Michael and crew had dug as part of the escape plan, C-Note threatened the crew to let him on board or he would tell the guards. He desperately wants to see his wife and daughter who think he is still serving in the army in Iraq. | |||||

Nicknamed "The Old Head" by his fellow inmates, Westmorland is a veteran of the prison. Upon learning that he would not be allowed to visit his terminally ill daughter until after her death, Westmoreland accepted Michael's invitation to the escape team. Apolskis a.k.a Tweener was a notorious pick-pocket before his arrest. Tweener recovered a watch that had been stolen from Michael's personal effects by a guard. He escaped with the others and was told to go on his own after the escape. | |||||

Charles Patoshik, or Haywire, murdered both of his parents. He was temporarily Michael's cellmate and initially expressed to Michael that he had no interest in escaping. Later, Haywire changes his mind and forces his way into the team. After the escape, the team left him on his own. | |||||

Manche is Fernando Sucre's cousin. Manche was let in on the escape plan after he assisted them in the set-up of C.O. Geary and got Michael out of psych ward. Manche was last to try and escape but his weight broke the cable the escapees were using and was captured by prison guards. He was then forced to give up the names of the escapees. | |||||

After having stolen a car for a joyride, not noticing the infant child in the back seat, Seth Hoffner, was given a relatively heavy sentence at Fox River. He was quickly given the nickname "Cherry" and forced into a sexual relationship with T-Bag. Seth pleaded Michael for help, however, Michael refused to get involved since T-Bag was aware of Michael's escape plan. Shortly thereafter, Seth committed suicide by hanging himself. |

Sara is one of the few doctors working at Fox River. Her duties included giving Michael his insulin injection, unaware that this was a part of his escape plan. Sara's father, "Frontier Justice" Frank Tancredi, is the governor of Illinois. Sara knows that Michael is different from the other prisoners and cannot figure out what would possess him to rob a bank and end up in prison. After Michael and his fellow inmates escaped, she was found overdosed with morphine in her apartment by the police. | |||||

Nicknamed "The Pope" by the inmates, Henry Pope has been the warden at Fox River for eighteen years. He beleves in rehabilitation over punishment. For his 40th wedding anniversary, Pope wanted to give Judith a replica of the Taj Mahal. He enlisted the help of Michael to make sure the structure is self-supporting. | |||||

Captain Bellick is the leader of the Fox River State Penitentiary guards. He believes that the purpose of prison is to punish inmates and not rehabilitate them. On the night of the escape, Bellick was tied and gagged, and hidden in the pipes under the guard's room. After he was found, Bellick swore revenge on the escapees. | |||||

Geary was one of the many corrections officers working under Bellick at Fox River. He was Bellicks Number 2 and ran Gen Pop when Bellick was away or busy. Like Bellick, he had a long history of corruption. His downfall came when the inmates framed Geary for inflicting a severe burn on Michael. A search of Geary's locker appeared to confirm Michael's story of corruption and abuse. Geary was immediately fired. | |||||

Louis Patterson is a Corrections Officer at Fox River. He is more compassionate than most of the other Corrections Officer's, particularly to Lincoln. On one occasion, Patterson let Lincoln see his son without his handcuffs on and moreover, after Lincoln refused to fill in the request for his last meal, he urged Lincoln to rethink about it. Patterson is friends with C.O Stolte and often talks about sports with him. Although he is a married man, Patterson has developed a relationship with Becky, the warden's secretary. | |||||

Keith Stolte is another Corrections Officer at Fox River. He likes to talk about sports with C.O Patterson and has a teenaged son called Josh. After C.O geary was fired it appears Stolte is made Gearys replacment as Bellicks number 2 which means he is in charge of Gen Pop when Bellick is busy or away. | |||||

Katie is one of the nurses who assists Sara at Fox River. She is also Sara's friend and confidant, being one of the few women working at the prison. After Michael and the others escaped, Katie reluctantly confessed to Pope that Sara had been attracted to Michael and implied that Sara may have assisted him in his escape. | |||||

When Warden Pope's wife came to see him she helped cover up for him whilst he was working on her anniversary present by telling her that he was holding a conference call. However, Nick had another motive, he had struck a deal with Abruzzi. When he refused to deliver Veronica to Abruzzi's henchman, Nick was shot dead by the henchman. | |||||

Lincoln and Michael's as-yet-unnamed father is a former employee of "The Company". He is the reason why Lincoln was framed for Terrence Steadman's murder. He left his family before Michael was born, apparently because of "The Company". "The Company" lost track of him after he leaked information about Ecofield. Three years later, he reemerged to save Lincoln's life twice: first secretly delivering evidence to a judge which delayed Lincoln's execution and then stopping an attempt on his life by Agent Kellerman. |

Towards Lincoln's execution day, she announced her candidacy for President of the United States in her hometown of Montgomery, Illinois. Reynolds later had the President assassinated and was sworn in as the next President. | |||||

Brinker is an employee of "The Company" that Kellerman and Vice-President Reynolds have been collaborating with. Brinker appears to be The Company's liaison to Reynolds after Quinn disappeared. After Reynolds was sworn into office, Brinker's attempt to meet with her was blown off. | |||||

The brother of Vice-President Reynolds, Lincoln Burrows was convicted of murdering him, when in fact Lincoln found him already "dead" when he arrived. It's unclear whether it was actually Steadman in the car or someone else made to look like him. The real Steadman has been in hiding for the last three years, his teeth removed and implanted in a "decoy" body that was buried in order to fool dental records should that body ever be exhumed. He was also living in a high-valued house bought by himself and his sister. In the season finale, Veronica came face to face with Terrence Steadman. | |||||

Quinn is an agent from "The Company", put in charge of supervising Agents Kellerman and Hale. He seems to be careless and neurotic, but he is actually observant, intelligent, and ruthless. Quinn is eventually pushed down a dry well by LJ, breaking his leg. Agents Kellerman and Hale later found him and left him there to die. |

Due to his refusal to grant clemency to Lincoln Burrows, Vice President Reynolds included Tancredi as a potential Vice Presidential candidate when she runs for the Presidency. | |||||

An associate of Abruzzi's, Falzone was also threatened by Otto Fibonacci's testimony and frequently pressured Abruzzi to locate him, even threatening Abruzzi's family. When Falzone grew impatient of Abruzzi's failure to deliver Fibonacci, he had Captain Bellick remove Abruzzi as head of the P.I. program. Shortly thereafter, Abruzzi and Michael Scofield contacted Falzone and told him Fibonacci's was hiding in Thunder Bay, Ontario in Canada. However, it was a trap. Falzone and his men found officers of the RCMP waiting to arrest them. | |||||

Otto Fibonacci was the manager at a warehouse which happened to be run by the mob when he witnessed Abruzzi order the execution of two men. He came forward to the authorities and his testimony led to Abruzzi's conviction and incarceration. Fibonacci later entered the Witness Protection Program and went into hiding in Topeka, Kansas. Michael learned of Fibonacci's ___location and offered it to Abruzzi in order to gain his cooperation, though he's unwilling to deliver on this as he knows what will happen to Fibonacci if he does. | |||||

Maricruz is Sucre's girlfriend whom he loves dearly. He was arrested robbing a liquor store in order to pay for an engagement ring. The two had several conjugal visits before Sucre lost this privledge after getting in trouble with Bellick. Maricruz cares for Sucre as well but finds it difficult to wait for his release, especially given her mother's disapproval of Sucre and his cousin Hector's designs on her. She later tells Sucre she's pregnant with his child but that Hector asked her to marry him. She is Sucre's main motivation for helping with Michael's escape plan. | |||||

Hector is Sucre's cousin and a rival for Maricruz's affection. Hector is partly responsible for Sucre's incarceration as he tipped off the police when Sucre robbed a liquor store. Since then he has tried to steer Maricruz's attention away from Sucre and towards him, even asking her to marry him. |
