IEEE Transactions on Neural Netwoks and Learning Systems is a monthly peer-reviewed scientific journal published by the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society. It covers the theory, design, and applications of neural networks and related learning systems. The editor-in-chief is Derong Liu (Chinese Academy of Sciences). According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2013 impact factor of 4.37.[1]
