Request: I requested undeletion of old revisions of the file. However, administrators refused for copyright concerns. Actually, I recently changed my preference to "400px" for many images. The image looks too small for anyone preferring to see a larger scale of the image. The same could not be said, however, for everyone else being fine with the image as is. The image went alterations before size reduction, an improvement from original version of the image.
