Usage Instructions
This userbox takes 2 arguments:
- The first one is the your time zone's offset from UTC.
- The second one is your ___location.
Note: by default the first and second arguments are -4 and New York respectively.
If there is a category for Wikipedians in <___location>, it places the user into the category.
