Is a size (measurement), written as number + units (mm or ft,in)

or is a well defined name such as "Russian gauge"

Is predefined in the list of track gauges (some 273 gauges are)

Example: {{Track gauge|1668 mm}} → 1,668 mm (5 ft 5+21⁄32 in)
