Uploaded by Andrew777 (notify | contribs). Copyright violation. The picture has been taken from a newspaper, not a press kit as claimed in the fair use rationale. Irritatingly when a similar image was listed for deletion on 1st september 2006 (3 days ago) Andrew777 uploaded a replacement image from another newspaper. I don't seem to be able to get it through to him, so could someone else please explain to him why it is bad to upload copyright violations to wikipedia? I am responding to a message on my Talk Page about the photo; I uploaded this picture when I was very new to wikipedia and I cannot really even recall where it came from, but it is impossible to imagine that it isn't copyrighted and thus someone needs to identify the copyright holder, if it is to remain. But it seems my version was deleted once already and someone else uploaded a replacement. At any rate, it should be deleted probably. --Mikerussell03:54, 4 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
