A static warp bubble is a toroidal, nonpropulsive subspace field created by Ensign Wesley Crusher in the fictional Star Trek universe using Kosinki's warp field equations from a previous Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Where No One Has Gone Before". Appeared as a phenomena in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "Remember Me". Dr. Beverly Crusher is trapped inside the bubble and ultimately rescued by Ensign Crusher and the Traveller.
