NetPath

PandeyLab at the Johns Hopkins University and the Institute of Bioinformatics have initiated a human pathway annotation project called 'NetPath'. At this time, 10 cancer and 10 immune signaling pathways are available. All 20 pathways are freely available in GenMAPP, PSI-MI and BioPaX formats at this website. BioPaX is an emerging standard for pathway data exchange. The pathways are freely available under an adaptive Creative Commons License which stipulates that the pathways may be used if adequate credit is given to the authors. These pathways are unpublised at this time, please cite the websites until the pathways are described in a publication.
