Hiranandani Gardens is a township located in Powai, a northern suburb of Mumbai. The township is approachable by Adi Sakaracharya Marg (ADS Marg), a part of Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road (JVLR). The nearest Mumbai Suburban Railway station is Kanjurmarg.
Hiranandani Gardens has beautiful buildings and quite a few Bollywood movies are shot on its streets. The buildings are designed by Hafeez Contractor, a renowned Indian architect.
Of late, the pace of development in Hiranandani Gardens has been swift. A new commercial area by the name of Hiranandani Business Park has been setup there. It has become the home of several BPO setups. Call centers of ICICI and WIPRO and Zenta are a few examples of the same. The leading analytics company of India, Fractal analytics has its office in Olympia. As a result Hiranandani Gardens is now also been seen as a commercial hub. In addition to BPOs, Hiranandani Business Park houses IT, ITES and Corporate Offices of many other corporations. Spectra building is one of the landmark buildings here. It houses offices of Corporates like Prudential ICICI, Wipro BPO, Lionbridge Technologies, Transocean etc.

Powai, the larger locality that hosts Hiranandani Gardens, was once a barren suburb of Mumbai. It has been completely transformed by the Hiranandani Builders. The area was earlier know only for the famous Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. However, today Powai is also identified with Hiranandani Gardens.
Critcisms
Though the region has advanced economically with the building of Hiranandani Gardens, the peace and quiet this Mumbai neighbourhood once enjoyed, is increasingly becoming a rarity. Hiranandani Bulders are expanding a lot with new buildings. Also, to continue expanding Hiranandani Gardens, many more builders are signing up with Hiranandani Builders.
