Nomination of Sutosh Pratap Singh for deletion

Warning
It is nice to know that you are able to start cursing but unable to understand "removed person without article, deemed not notable." As long as mr or mrs Shri I S Jha has no article, the notability of the subject is not proven. And non-notable people will be removed from the list.
And let me tell you this: cursing and ranting is a time honoured way to get yourself blocked. So try it nice. Write the article first and behave a bit. The Banner talk 16:52, 28 March 2018 (UTC)
