Three business days is really not much. Depending on the library and on where the volume is stored, it often takes a few days just for the library to make the volume available ... Not sure what you're expecting here ... — Pajz (talk) 12:14, 3 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Apologies... ~ Winged BladesGodric 13:25, 4 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Winged Blades of Godric: In this case, I'm getting it on loan from another library, so it depends a lot on how long it takes them to process the request, send it my way, and have my library process it. It usually takes about a week, so it should be here soon. ~ Rob13Talk 13:18, 7 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

New York Times - Michael Giacchino's Mission: Make the Old Music New

For Impossible (Kanye West song)

Hi, Good day. Any has one has the access to New York Time, please help to send me a copy. Thanks, CASSIOPEIA(talk) 01:14, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

@CASSIOPEIA: The article does not mention anything about Kanye West's song. It primarily focuses on the soundtrack for Mission Impossible III. Do you still want this article? --MrLinkinPark333 (talk) 01:42, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
MrLinkinPark333 Hi thanks for such a quick reply. I am looking for the quote in the copy '"Impossible" was recorded over the course of eight days at the Sony Scoring Stage in Culver City, California'. Would you send it over pls, let me have a look. I will email you. Thank you MrLinkinPark333. Cheers CASSIOPEIA(talk) 01:54, 25 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Modern History Review magazine

{{resolved}} Very annoying this one: Hodder Education (which, naturally is something to do with Taylor&FrancisOnline!) runs a free trial of their archives, but it turns out these aren't available for a personal account, only institutional—which it doesn't tell you until you've signed up! Ffs :)

But if any kind souls here can assist, I'm into

Thompson, W., 'Stalin's stooges? The CPGB 1920-40', Modern History Review 7, iss. 3(1996), 31-33

Still re. Percy Glading (which, you'll be glad(ing!) to hear is on the home straight by now). Thanks in advance if anyone can help! —SerialNumber54129 paranoia /cheap shit room 12:02, 12 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Update: probably Thursday (just noticed I've made a mistake ... vol. 5-8 are bound together here, and I scanned the pages from vol. 5 instead of 7). — Pajz (talk) 19:16, 14 May 2018 (UTC)[reply]

That's very kind Pajz, brilliant as usual! Always appreciated. Unfortunately I've wasted your time—I'd totally forgotten about this, but actually, the page was around page 93—not, like I said, 193! Unbelievable, I must be going blind. Still, thanks for doing what you could. Take care! —SerialNumber54129 paranoia /cheap sh*t room 19:13, 5 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Serial Number 54129, could you please indicate if this is now resolved? Thanks in advance, — Pajz (talk) 18:19, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Pajz: Thanks for the remnder! Strictly—it is not resolved, as I asked for the wrong pages, so I got sent the wrong pages, which means I'd really like the right pages, but I didn't want to annoy people by asking all over again  :) sorry about that! —SerialNumber54129 paranoia /cheap sh*t room 18:27, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Serial Number 54129, as indicated - see my second "{sent} #2" in this thread -, I have also sent the revised page range, on Fri 8 Jun, 15:45 UTC. — Pajz (talk) 18:44, 26 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Need part I and Part II (both are section of the book) of the book. It is for Gujarati Wikipedia.

Thanks, Gazal world (talk) 18:29, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Gazal world, parts I and II include 32 chapters, amounting to 220 pages (http://bvbr.bib-bvb.de:8991/exlibris/aleph/a22_1/apache_media/A629IF61D4XGDX7BCMSDF7R4DLJ3FH.pdf), so perhaps you can narrow that down. — Pajz (talk) 18:38, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
For now, part I would be enough. Thanks in advance. --Gazal world (talk) 18:53, 10 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
@Pajz: Hi Pajz, Anny possibility for this ? --Gazal world (talk) 12:23, 15 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Well, if you're asking me personally: What's being requested here is the reproduction of 220 pages (limited "for now" to about 100 pages) from a collection of dozens of original texts (many of which are available online anyway) on dozens of specific topics by dozens of authors; as I don't see how such material is reasonably useful for the improvement of Wikipedia content, I haven't followed up on this thread here. Others may of course want to help. Best, — Pajz (talk) 15:07, 18 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Ohk. I can narrow down my request. Or would like to withdrawn my request. --Gazal world (talk) 20:02, 18 June 2018 (UTC)[reply]
