Advanced Computer Software a company based in Slough which which provides Information Technology services to the NHS and many other organisations.

It was listed on the Alternative Investment Market in 2008 with a value of £32 million and was bought by Vista Equity Partners in 2014 for £725 million. Vindoka Murria founded the business and was the chief executive.[1] She was awarded an OBE for services to the UK digital economy and advancing women in the software sector in the 2018 New Year Honours.[2]

In 2016 it was the third largest software provider to the UK market. It rebranded itself as Advanced and opened a new headquarters in Birmingham. It employs 2,000 people and has a customer base of more than 20,000 organisations.[3]

In July 2018 it acquired Docman, the leading electronic document management and information sharing platform from PCTI Solutions.[4]
