The video features guitarist and vocalist Grant Nicholas having unfornate incidents happening to him, with the video filmed in black and white. The incidents are that of falling down a flight of stairs nearby a hospital and ending up in a car crash driving a SAAB.
He escapes the crash and is then seen walking down a corridor before joining his band mates to complete the song with the action in color.
The song also features backing vocals from Fran Healy and Dougie Payne from Travis, who both sing the backing vocals in the final chorus.
CD2 features the b-side "Victoria", which was performed live at their only show in 2004 at the Hammersmith Apollo and was originally planned for the "Pushing The Senses" album. However, when it didn't make the final tracklist there was a belief it was dropped completely, but soon made the b-side list on this single.
CD1 of the single features the popular "Shatter", which was later released as a single itself after a fans petition was put forward, and was planned to be on the album but was finally not included as the band believed it wouldn't fit in with the feel of the rest of the album.
Despite the singles mixed repsonse from the fanbase, and critical reviews it did however enable the "Pushing The Senses" album to become Feeder's first ever European top 20 hit in that chart, making #11 with the single itself making #20.
