The Far Rockaway Bus Depot, situated on Rockaway Freeway in Arverne, Queens, is a satellite depot of the MTA Bus' JFK Depot and is currently owned by Green Bus Lines Inc. On January 9, 2006, MTA Bus took over bus routes that had previously been operated by Green Bus Lines. While the bus garage continues to be owned by Green Bus Lines, it is leased to MTA Bus. The Far Rockaway Depot has two storage lots and a small maintenance facility.Far Rockaway depot also recently received a depot logo
