Andy Kosco (Oct. 5, 1941 - ) was a major league baseball player affiliated at various times with the Minnesota Twins, New York Yankees, Los Angeles Dodgers, Milwaukee Brewers, California Angels, Boston Red Sox, and Cincinnati Reds.

He was born in Youngstown, Ohio, a center of steel production located near the Pennsylvania border. In his early career, Kosco alternated his baseball career with legal studies. Shortly before the 1959 season, he was signed by the Detroit Tigers as an amateur free agent. In January of 1964, he was released by Detroit and signed on as a free agent with the Minnesota Twins.
