I am Brazilian, and currently, I am living in Toronto, Canada. I like very much Geography, History and Brazilian music themes, and my contributions in Wikipedia are almost all Geo/Hist/Culture based. I have a special interest in education, urbanism and public transport.
I used to live in Foz do Iguaçu, where people of many different ethnies and cultures can be found - that is why, perhaps, that I like to learn new things about different cultures and different countries. I can speak, write and read English, French, Portuguese, Spanish and a Italian dialect.
I like soccer and multiplayer games, especially Counter-Strike and Starcraft; also, Sim City is very good too.
If someone cares to read this page (not speaking in a disrespectful way, no misunderstandings :)), answer me: HOW TO UPLOAD IMAGES TO WIKIPEDIA??? I tried twice, but they had been deleted a couple of minutes after. Both pictures are in public ___domain, which was a Brazilian government organization site. Do I need to specify where did I take the image, or links to the page where I took them? It really needs to be JPEG? (mine were JPG). I put in the summary {PD}, am I doing something wrong? Do I need to be an admin? If someone cares to help me, I would be really thankful, and if in fact I did something wrong and I didn't see it, I am really sorry for that.
But, anyway, Wikipedia is awesome!!! I hope to continue to contribute for a long time.
