- Nominator's rationale: Empty and unused categories. Wikipedia:WikiProject Vital Articles/Collaboration was set up in 2009 but hasn't been touched since then, and I have marked the page as "historical" accordingly. These associated categories are therefore not needed and should be deleted as a matter of routine housekeeping. C1 was declined though, so bringing them here.
