Nominator's rationale: Parent articles were moved to sentence case a few years ago, as the official name of the system is just "Link", so "light rail" is a descriptor. Additionally, the "Future" category is vauge and should be moved to "under construction" like its contemporaries in the parent category Proposed railway stations in the United States.
