I put a copyright tag for the picture. But what do you mean ? I worked for Meta, from Wikipedia material, made a screen capture (you can see where it comes from) and you are asking for copyright status !!! Otherwise the picture will be deleted !!!! Site on WM software
Dear Wiki moderators, we have website on Windows Mobile software - Handster2.com, which has pretty high number of visitors in Windows Mobile area. Our colleague added links to "External Links" section of PDA-related articles, like: iPaq http://ipaq.handster2.com, Motorola_Q Software http://motorola-q.handster2.com. The links were relevant, each pointing to selection of programs for specified device only. Now our website is in your blacklist. Also another one popular website - PocketPCAddict2.com got into your blacklist. This website is probably number 2 Windows Mobile community.
At the same time, if you have a look at "External Links" sections on Motorola_Q, Windows_mobile, Ipaq, Dell_Axim - most of the links now, except Microsoft/HP/Dell, will be as much relevant (or even less relevant), as our Handster2.com or PocketPcAddict2.com. In the "External links" sections you will find websites that sell goods or ran Google adsense/other advertisment.
We would kindly ask you to remove Handster2.com from blacklist section. The links we added had the same or even better quality for readers as links you have now in "External links" section. - What Nick has said is that you are not blacklisted here at Meta. If you were you would be unable to make the links that you have above. Hi Nick - no idea if you know the answer to this but have you noticed the "Logging" doesn't pick up the section correctly at times? For example - I always copy and paste anyway but this one (& some of the others) don't take you to the correct section of the talk page. Sorry, I don't quite understand how this system works. Right now nn:wikipedia has a hybrid sitenotice in Nynorsk and English, which is quite annoying to a wiki-pedant like myself! Hi Nick1915, I was wondering if it is possible to add the font tag "<font face="Charis SIL, Lucida Sans Unicode"></font>" to the cdo sitenotice templates, because only in "Charis SIL" or "Lucida Sans Unicode" can all characters be displayed normally. See this template for example, without proper fonts some characters could only be displayed as a box (especially in IE). Hi Nick. I must ask that you take the time to reconsider your position on my request for adminship. Whilst I appreciate your view that you are not convinced about my "idea of meta contenents/interpretation of policies", I don't accept this to be the case. I feel that I'm more than familiar with the relevant policies and my participation in deletion discussions have been with the aim of ensuring compliance with these.
My understanding policy requires little interpretation, I think both relevant policies are clear. The project scope doesn't cover historical interest as far as I'm aware and the inclusion policy requires that only freely licensed material is used. I would urge you to respect that my efforts are rooted in policy over your personal opinion that "meta should not be as strict as Commons". As I've said, the inclusion policy is pretty clear about free material and so I do not consider it appropriate to oppose a request for adminship on the grounds that the user is attempting to comply with said policies. If the policy doesn't reflect the feeling amongst the community about what should be included then campaign for a change in policy rather than allowing my RfA to be impacted by your opinion that policy is wrong.

Hello Nick1915. At some point you used {{closed}} with the "text" parameter (ie, {{closed|text=Rogue deletion omg. ~~~~}}). This will no longer work correctly in the future, because the "text" parameter will contain the entire discussion (to wrap it in a coloured box). Initially we were just using to upload an image through "pakia faili" and it's automatically reach to http://sw.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Upload But now it's changed to http://sw.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Upload We can't even to figure out about this and we don't even know how it's changed it self.
