Press Play is the 3rd album by American rapper Diddy (known as P. Diddy in Europe). It features guest appearances from Jack Knight, Angela Hunte, Nicole Scherzinger, Christina Aguilera, Big Boi, Ciara, Scar, Timbaland, Twista, Shawnna,Avant, Nas, Cee-Lo, Mika Lett, S. Rosete, Keri Hilson, Mario Winans, Brandy, Keyshia Cole, Mary J. Blige & Jamie Foxx. The album received production from Kanye West, will.i.am, The Neptunes, Timbaland, Danja, Havoc of Mobb Deep, and R&B producer Mario Winans.The album was released on October 17th. The first single off the album is "Come to Me" featuring Nicole Scherzinger. The second single was "Tell Me" featuring Christina Aguilera, premiering on October 30, 2006.

Although they do not appear as guests, several rappers are creditted for assisting Diddy in writing his lyrics, including The Game ("We Gon' Make It,") Pharaoh Monche ("The Future,") and T.I. ("Wanna Move,") among others. It is widely known that Diddy has relied heavily on other writers for his lyrics since his recording debut.
The album was available to listen on MTV's The Leak on October 10, one week before being sold in stores. The album debuted at #1 in the US with sales of over 173,009. In the UK, the album debuted at #11.
