Biografia

Laureato alla Wesleyan University e alla Yale School of Drama, Campbell si è esibita in numerose produzioni di Yale Repertory Theatre, tra cui l'attrice di A Winter's Talealongside Lupita Nyong'o. A Broadway, è apparso come Lvov in Ivanov (con Kevin Kline), come Governor George Wallace in All the Way (con Bryan Cranston) e come Manus in Translations (con Brian Dennehy).
