Institute]] pursues its mission through three primary initiatives:
• The Goldin Institute Annual Event: Each year the Goldin Institute works in cooperation within the Network to host an international gathering on an issue critical to peace and sustainability. The Institute and the host city cooperatively invite teams to participate in a week-long conference on strategies for addressing that particular issue. These Events focus on challenges related to both the global and regional dimensions of this issue, as well as on developing concrete and actionable plans within Partner City contexts. Participants work together to develop cooperative strategies and forge new relationships with other concerned groups. Past event issues have included:
