Measures for Evaluation is a guide for individuals, organizations, grantees, or anyone involved in the Wikimedia movement who wants to evaluate their programs. It is a matrix of suggested measures organized by frequent program goals.
There are three overarching goals: Increase participation, Add Quality Content, and Expand Wikimedia's Reach and Readership. Not all the goals have measures and not all measures have tools. Leave feedback on this talk page or let us know if have ideas for measuring these goals!
