From the Pyre è il secondo album in studio della rock band britannica The Last Dinner Party, pubblicato il 17 ottobre 2025 con l'etichetta Island Records. Prodotto da Markus Dravs e mixato da Alan Moulder, l'album è stato preceduto dai singoli This Is the Killer Speaking, The Scythe e Second Best.

L'album è il seguito del loro album di debutto del 2024, Prelude to Ecstasy, acclamato dalla critica e candidato a diversi premi.[1][2]
Contesto e stile
modificaInizialmente, la lavorazione dell'album era iniziata alla fine del 2024 con il produttore James Ford, che aveva prodotto l'album di debutto della band, Prelude to Ecstasy, pubblicato all'inizio di quell'anno. Tuttavia, Ford dovette abbandonare il gruppo l'anno successivo dopo che gli fu diagnosticata la leucemia. A luglio, Ford era in remissione.[3] From the Pyre fu infine registrato nel 2025 con il produttore Markus Dravs. La band ha affermato che le canzoni dell'album "sono guidate dai personaggi ma comunque profondamente personali", aggiungendo che il disco è destinato a essere "un po' più oscuro, più crudo e più terroso" di Prelude to Ecstasy.[4]
