Meta:Requests for adminship/Elf

Identification at http://en.wikipedia.org/w/wiki.phtml?title=User_talk:Elf&action=history I'm an admin on the English Wikipedia. I don't do a lot of adminning there although I'm fairly active, and I'm hardly active here at all, but it would be nice to be able to edit pages here such as the brand new m:MediaWiki:Categoriespagetext that I requested be created and which, hallelujah, has been created. (Actually maybe I should be asking for temp to get that specific one done ASAP--I inadvertently put text here Categoriespagetext -- or someone else could move that text for me while I await approval). Granted temporary access so you can edit m:MediaWiki:Categoriespagetext because it seems unprotectable. No vote on permanent access since you have less than 100 edits. Angela 12:34, 24 Sep 2004 (UTC)
