:I nominate Kj_cheetham for their ongoing gnomish helpfulness. You will rarely see them in high profile noticeboards, but you might see them making careful opinions at [[WP:AFD]], and also when they show up to give advice, something I have benefited from many times over the years. In addition to [[WP:AFD]], Kj_cheetham is active in new page patrol, article assessment, and has created 30+ articles including the [[Good Article]] Maybole Castle (not linked as that would probably trigger a notification to the creator). More than the list of tasks, Kj_cheetham deserves this award for their kindness, especially to newbies. We need more of that around here.
