  On hold This request must absolutely be reversed imho. The username is not allowed by itwiki local policies, and Céréales Killer should have refrained from renaming itwiki user (since they probably don't know the Italian language, the itwiki policies, and surely they aren't aware of the issue regarding user blocking after a VTRS ticket), as I had kindly asked them two months ago. Renaming a blocked user is something we should always avoid when we don't know what's behind the block!   Not done @User unavailable826: it looks like you have been renamed a few times now. You came back from a courtesy vanishing twice and now you try to come back for the third time. Your rename reason suggests you only want to be renamed because the redirects to your username will work again. If I look at your userpage I see your userpage states 'Not active (...) I am using User:AnoopZ for editing Wikimedia'. So you don't even want to use the account if we rename it. That with all other renames in mind made me choose not to rename your account again.
