Tarun Loying

Mr. Tarun Loying, teaches Assamese Language and Literature at Jorhat College. He is a Travel enthusiast who has interest in Tribal Studies and Tourism in North-East India. He has completed a Motor Cycle Tour in different times around the entire North-East. His book entitled Motor Chaikelere Shat Bhonit Ebhumuki[1] (A glimpse of the Seven Sisters by Motor Cycle) reveals his enthusiasm both as a Traveller and a Historical writer. He has published numerous articles in different journals like UGC Care listed, peer reviewed. His recent publications include "Swahid Kamala Mirir Sangrami Jivonor Aat Dhari (Martyr Kamala Miri Tales of an Unsung Hero),[2] "Nagalandor Porjyoton aru Anyanya (Tourism in Nagaland and Etc.)",[3] "Mising Nari Kontho"(The Voices Exploring the Lives of Eminent Mising Women of Golaghat District),[4] "Manipuror Parjyaton Aru Anyannya" (travelling to Manipur and the possibilities of Tourism over there),[5] "Rastriya Prekhyapotot Jorhat Collegor NSS[6]" and "Lakhiprova Borboruah : Eti Parichay[7] (A biography of female writer, social women activist Lakhiprova Borboruah, who lived with Aideu Handique first female actress of Assamese cinema
