editNot sure this edit fixed a WP:NOTGUIDE. How are these additional resources different from a "See Also" section or Kawasaki_Z1#Additional_resources or George_Platt_Brett_Sr.#Additional_resources? I can't see how any of the guidelines apply. Evvekk (talk) 02:39, 29 July 2025 (UTC)

AC Boise Revision

Can we discuss the revision you made to the AC Boise page?
I'm Rodger and put in the section about the supporters section. Initially I provided references to specific Facebook posts which I referenced in the section, but Wiki didn't like that.
And I'm not upset with your full removal, but I'd like to know what I need to do to get the supporters section added to the club page.
Does it take an article by a "credentialed" journalist? A podcast? I had a YouTube link provided but I get that might not be enough.

- @IdahoJOAT: (talk page stalker) I'll start out by saying that if you're a member of the supporters group, you really shouldn't be adding content about it. I get it, you know the most about the group and everything, but writing it yourself comes out overly promotional. Also, most of what you wrote lacked any citations. So, yes, we should be using news reporting and other reliable sources that aren't published by the group and letting other people write about it for you. There are ways that you can help, so take a look at WP:COI and then one at WP:RS for information on what we consider reliable sources. Imzadi 1979 → 17:22, 1 August 2025 (UTC)

Boeing 777X Logo
editHello there! I saw that you reverted the Boeing 777X logo on the Boeing 777X article, and I talked to the person who posted the logo on Wikimedia Commons, and they said it’s official and provided some links which I will show you what they said. Am I able to put back the logo on the article?

- @Carson5034: The first link is to what is clearly a fan group, and the second is just a product sticker. There is no indication that the file, with that specific background color, is an official Boeing logo. It would be best if there was a vector copy of just the wordmark, but absent that there should not be any possibly unofficial logos added to the infobox. SounderBruce 02:21, 12 August 2025 (UTC)
