Pre-conference at the Social science library, via della Pandette 2: Bottega della scienza – open access (in Italian)

Oggi, anche alla luce dell’innovazione dell’IA, l’interesse sui dati è diventato centrale e quindi si rende sempre più necessaria una divulgazione corretta della cultura del dato, per diffondere un uso consapevole. A partire da questa premessa, ci piacerebbe un’interazione con i cittadini e quindi saremmo contenti di ricevere alcune domande su questo tema, nel tentativo di soddisfare delle curiosità e fornire risposte il più possibile accurate. Il 4 di giugno, dalle 16 alle 19, alla Biblioteca di scienze sociali cercheremo di dare risposta a questi ai quesiti posti attraverso giochi e attività di confronto sui dati e con esperti di questa materia. L'iniziativa è rivolta a tutta la comunità accademica e alla cittadinanza.

  • All conference participants will have free access to the sections of the Museum of Natural History of Florence (Museum of Geology and Paleontology, La Specola, Museum of Anthropology and Ethnology, and the Botanical Garden). Free admission is granted to participants from Thursday, June 5th to Sunday, June 8th, upon presentation of a badge or pass proving attendance at the conference.
  • Dinner is on your own, but we suggest meeting at Mercato Centrale, Via dell’Ariento, offering a wide variety of food to satisfy every taste and need.
