What is the affiliate mission? | serves as the regional affiliate for the Cascadia region of North America, including the Northwestern United States (Oregon and Washington, also known as the Pacific Northwest) and British Columbia. Its mission is to support Cascadian Wikimedians in their Wikimedia-related endeavors and to partner with local organizations in their use of Wikimedia projects. | |

Our attendance ebbs and flows, ranging from a high of about 36 people at our Seattle Wiknic, about half a dozen at our general membership meeting and Wikidata day, and ranging from three to nine people at our monthly Seattle meetup. Our active participation is heavily skewed towards Seattle, but we will support activities elsewhere as requested. | |
