Welcome to the interface administrators' noticeboard

This is the interface administrator noticeboard, for discussion of interface administrators and coordination of edits to the interface.

Currently only interface administrators can undelete JS/CSS pages, if you have an uncontroversial undelete or deleted version retrieval request, please list it below.

Any administrator can delete JS/CSS/JSON pages, for speedy deletions just use a CSD template on the page or its talk page.

Individual requests for edits to interface or user JavaScript/CSS pages should continue to be made on their respective talk pages.

I still have reservations about this, it does not feel production ready, the page jumps around when click on the play button (and when I return to the article). The play button itself looks out of alignment/misshapen and the text surfaced by the info button cannot be interacted with (copied etc). My understanding is that by deploying this on enwiki, you will start using this in reader facing areas (and the gadget will need to be maintained by interface admins). If this had been "hey we will experiment with this thing onwiki but not in article", and it had buy-in from a interface administrator (somebody who can say "hey, I'll keep updating and fixing this"), you would have my cautious support. But, at the moment, you don't have my support since I don't believe the gadget in a "finished" state and you don't have folks who would be interested in maintaining it long-term on the English Wikipedia. Special:Tags Table overrunning screen bounds

    edit

Everything works as expected on a full width configuration (in my case 1080px), but as soon as something else is taking space away from the viewport the table extends past the boundaries. This is theoretically not problematic, but none of the background elements exhibit the same behavior so there are areas left outside of the table itself that aren't included even in the body element. This is not super high priority as it's just a visual oddity which doesn't impact usability, but if an IA has a moment to peek at it i would appreciate it. /aurora|luna/ <it/its> ( talk | contributions) 16:54, 17 August 2025 (UTC)Reply

I don't think there is anything interface administrators can do here. Sohom (talk) 18:11, 17 August 2025 (UTC)Reply
