定义 WebhookKeyEnabled 的值。
KnownWebhookKeyEnabled 可与 WebhookKeyEnabled 互换使用，此枚举包含服务支持的已知值。

服务支持的已知值

true：已启用 webhookKey。
false：未启用 webhookKey。
