The link is still not working for me.

Fine with accessing the tool website (https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/tools/earthdata-gis), but not the portal (https://gis.earthdata.nasa.gov/portal/home/).

The link to the Earthdata GIS portal (https://gis.earthdata.nasa.gov/portal/home/) appears to be broken. I also tried launching Earthdata GIS from this page (https://www.earthdata.nasa.gov/data/tools/earthdata-gis), but it redirects to the same error page: https://gis.earthdata.nasa.gov/portal/home/...
