For about the last three days (April 2-4) the GPWv4.11 population data usually accessible via the browser at the below URL is not available. Opening the webpage greets the user with "You are not authorized to access this page." Attempted on desktop (Ubuntu) Firefox, Chrome, and iOS Safari....
