Is there an estimated date after which the MISR L1B V003 Ellipsoid product will be available?

I am unable to find MISR L1B Ellipsoid V003 products on Earthdata after November 1st (Terra CEM). Is this a known issue?

Are there any known issues that are preventing the MISR data (L1B2E) product generation and distribution for the last two or so weeks?
