I am having problems with the Earthdata Search. I can't get to the download portion. I keep getting errors.

If you experience problems accessing the Earthdata Search Tool, or have difficulty ordering data from the tool, please use the feedback icon at the top to contact Earthdata for assistance. If you receive an error message, write it down and include the error message in your communication with their User Services.
