Minor update to processing binaries

In late April 2017, an ancillary source provider for SST data updated their file format.  As a result, the OCSSW binaries that require that ancillary data needed to be updated.If you use the OCSSW binaries to process data (particularly l2gen) and you use near real-time ancillary data, you will need to update your OCSSW installation.Only the 64bit Linux and MacOSX binaries have been updated, as the 32bit source is now deprecated.
