Extracting OLCI L1 Reduced and/or Full Resolution data

Is there a way to extract OLCI Level-1 reduced, and/or full, resolution OLCI data before processing to Level-2?

Nope.  It is something we would like to implement, and it *shouldn't* be that hard (the underlying files are netCDF), but we've just not had the resources to do it yet.
